The Adapter for SAP provides DataMigrator, WebFOCUS, and other enabled client applications access to SAP data sources. Client requests are dynamically converted into native SAP ABAP routines and return optimized answer sets to the requestor. For sample requests and output, see Producing SAP Requests.
Note: The name SAP R/3 was used by SAP through Release 4.6. Other name variations in use by SAP are My SAP, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4 HANA. The WebFOCUS adapter services all of these variations.
