Basic portals reside under the Portals node, in the Resources tree, while collaborative portals are part of the Domains node in your Repository. The collaborative portal feature is not available by default. Administrators can enable it by opening the Administration Console and selecting the Collaborative Portal check box under the BI Portal settings. When the collaborative portal feature is enabled in your environment, the shortcut menu options for domains and folders include the ability to create new portals and individual pages.
