The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter is used to report against the information residing in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
environment. For example, account, contact, campaign, and invoice information can be analyzed.
You can configure the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter using the WebFOCUS Reporting Server Web Console. The adapter requires
a connection that stores the refresh token. A valid Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online refresh token is required to issue Microsoft
Dynamics CRM API calls. This token is associated with an App stored in the Microsoft Azure Active Directory and a specific
Microsoft account that has access to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online environment, as well as the Microsoft Azure Active
Directory.
