When the sched_standalone_log Scheduler Configuration parameter is not selected, the logs and statistics are stored in a FOCUS file. This is the default. The two FOCUS files, etllog.foc and etlstats.foc, are created by DataMigrator.
The default location for these files is in the <edaconf>/catalog/ directory path.
To create a copy of these files, you can perform the Backup operation. By default, Backup creates a backup copy of the logs and statistics inside a <edaconf>/catalog/ directory path.
To delete the etllog.foc and etlstats.foc files and to create a new pair of empty files, you can perform the Recreate operation.
Note: In release 7.6, the logs and statistics files are in FOCUS format, which is limited to 2 GB. Starting from release 7.7, these files are in XFOCUS format and the limit for this format is 32 GB.
