New Help Menu for ARIMA and Bayesian Network

Help has been added for the ARIMA and Bayesian models. Click the Help menu and then click Model to display the Help. For more Help, you can access the Using WebFOCUS RStat for Predictive Analytics PDF and online Help in the WebFOCUS Information Center.
